Check-in, car parking, and suite size all fine and view over the harbour very pleasant. Breakfast options and value good.

The sink was basically in the bedroom, not in the bathroom, a very unattractive feature in a hotel of this standard.

Lovely room and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.

The restaurant was highly recommended. The menu was impressive. BIG mistake ordering the special of the night. Prime rib. We asked if it was served medium rare and pink and were reassured it was. It came grey and overcooked. I said to the waitress it is over cooked and not medium rare. She said to cut into it that it would be pink inside. It wasn’t. I returned it and said it was over cooked and well done grey when you cut into it. She took it back. Then a gentleman came over and said they were sorry that it was definitely over cooked and they were bringing a new serving to me. It came still grey, a light pink but not medium rare. It was tough, difficult to cut the meat and basically inedible. I ate a bit of it but couldn’t bear the toughness. A total waste, totally disgusting and waste of money. Such a disappointment. I should have had the haddock I had decided on in our room!!!!

The only thing wrong I arrived at 3.39 pm, they told me my room would be ready at 4pm. To take a seat and the would let me know. We'll 4 came and passed so at 445 I went back to the desk and they said it was ready. They should of told me when it was ready

In a great spot on the boardwalk along the coast and within a few minutes of the Main Street. The hotel rooms are very quiet despite the hotel being quite busy at times and the rooms are clean and well equipped.

The restaurant gets very busy for breakfast and the staff seem a little overwhelmed.
