Friendly staff!!!

No elevator

Hotel did not have an elevator but we were accomodated with a room on lobby level that did not meet using steps. Appreciatged this as it was not done at outher places wher we stayed.

No included breakfast. Restaurant on property is indepently owned. We did eat dinner there asd service was good, Also parking was pretty crowed.

Room was very clean with obvious effort to make it comfortable (flower decoration on bed, very soft sheets, comfortable bed and pillows). I liked that the floor in the room was not carpeted.

Window leaked water onto the floor while raining, clear previous water damage to flooring and ceiling, no elevator, no smart tv, air conditioning unit was very loud, bathroom vanity was very small with no counter space, renovations poorly done (paint over screw heads that were not flush with the wall), restaurant was not always open during their specified hours, moist smell in hallway. There was also notice in the room that the hotel policy was to not have staff tidy the room/restock supplies (coffee, toilet paper etc.) during the stay except upon request. I found this a bit odd.
