The location, the beds and the size of the suite

We didn't like the signs throughout the unit intimating that we were theieves. We had placed a $350 security deposit therefore a sign telling us we'd be charged $35 if we took a soap bottle, a sign saying the pots and pans were counted, the linen was counted as were the robes is redundant.Time to look at your clientele. We are high income people who are there for a vacation ,not a break and enter.

The lodge was modern, comfortable, well-proportioned and fully equipped, with very easy access to the restaurants, fitness centre and pool. The coon operated laundry was excellent value and really appreciated. The drive down the lake to some of the wineries was lovely, and there were some good hikes around the resort too. We had been concerned about going - given the havoc being wreaked by nearby wildfires - but it all felt very calm and safe at Predator Ridge (if quite smoky, but this was unfortunately true across a lot of BC).

We stayed for three nights. There was no housekeeping in this time - not a problem for a short stay, but we were unclear as to whether there should have been!

The suite was designed well, lots of space , private balcony, 4th floor view over the stunning surrounding hills. And lots of sky for shooting star viewing!

They got confused as to whether we had indicated we are bringing our dog. They were able to accommodate us even though they said we didn’t make them aware when booking. I looked at our previous correspondence and found where I had noted the dog. Thank goodness it worked out it would have been disappointing to have them overlook the notes on booking. We are always bringing our small dog.

There was NO Breakfast available either IN main lodge or in nearby restaurant !!!!!?????
