Loved how big the room was. I thought the complementary drinks for the adults were very nice and unexpected. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Pretty clean hotel. Staff had good attitudes.

The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was completely empty prior to using. The pull out bed was flat and just the fitted sheet and thin sheet was available to make the bed. I thought pillows and the cover blanket would have been provided. We did say 2 adults and 2 kids. We made due with what we had. Also, I killed a grey stink bug that was crawling on the bed. It’s a common bug for this area so I didn’t read too much into it.

Location met my needs.

Front staff unaware, but had difficulty getting room service for a cocktail as hotel runner was under 18 yrs old. Plus, was excessively charged for one martini. Smokers sitting in front of hotel. Seemed hotel was booked full. People vying for lobby elevators. I prefer to stay away from crowds so .... I did not have the breakfast.
