Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Tigard

The rooms were larger as expected. The restaurant/bar was used and the food was acceptable. Complimentary breakfast was great. There were 3 elevators and they were very fast.

It was a longer walk to the room and past some garbage left in the hallway in the afternoon and overnight. (The elevator was only on one end of the hotel). There was a charge for parking which was interesting since it was so close to a large mall with a parking area.

The staff was incredible we had such a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, we really enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast was great. Awesome location!!

Food was plentiful. Bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. Bed very comfortable.

Lots of water on floor in elevators & outside pool. Bathrooms off ballroom smelled BAD, almost stomach turning- for the second year in a row. Small sink in room was full of mold, folded towels had hairs in them, sheets had small holes and a short black hair, hairs in tray holding ice bucket & clean glasses. Recleaned room upon arrival, for the price, shouldn't have to! Overcharged above agreed room rate, had to argue to get credit. Hotel charges $40 per night for " incidentals" not stated upon reservation ( they do return this if not used). Received " parking violation" for no parking pass ( along with 10 others in our group), not only was parking pass in car, but room key & folder were on dashboard too!
