Great place to stay, Convenient location, good breakfast, Good Value

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The handy outlets on the lamps were so convenient. Breakfast was great.

Terrible

Tried to cancel 5 minutes after booking. No response to me or booking.com. Tried phoning several times, line rings then hangs up. Many reviews describe stinking, filthy, dirty, stinking of tobacco smoke and human waste. Worth my $90 to have avoided a stay. Unwilling to even give the courtesy of acknowledging correspondence.

I didn’t stay!

Nothing

Took my deposit even and charged me for a room when I didn’t even stay there! I left 45 min after burning in! The manager needs to be let go!

Good location, friendly staff, could have been better if we had a different room.

Location was convenient Good, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Light and fan in the bathroom wasn't working. When we informed the staff there was nothing the staff could do including moving us to a different room. TV remote was missing, but one was brought to us. Our room was right next to the lobby and kind of noisy.

Parking is horrible. In fact my car got hit and it just so happens that there are no cameras in that area of the parking lot. It's in front of the building!! A/C wouldn't stay on. Door hinges are rusted, sink backs up, handles on bathroom vanity were sticky, and dirty. Etc..... I don't recommend this hotel.

My room had this musky smell to it. The bathroom did not have a tub shower combo like the pictures, electric outputs were not securely attached to the wall making it unsafe for a child, broken curtains, broken hinge in the closet door, paint chipping in the wall. For the price they charge, I feel like they could make some repairs to the rooms.

The experience at Comfort inn was pathetic, everywhere there is smoke, spiders and spider webs are all inside the room. Breakfast was ok but the area smells bad. Tables were broken with legs and it was literally standing on three legs. Its s a liability issue if it falls down and no one cares to fix it even after showing. Also too much noise into the room from storage rooms and first-floor. The heater is too noisy to use.

There is no proper front desk staff for this choice hotel and they don't have house keeping for second/third day stay. The heater is too noisy.

Satisfied stay

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows was good.

The TV remote wasn't working properly and the desk lady couldn't fix it so I had to shut it off manually. The heat/ac unit was very noisy. I finally had to turn it off in the middle of the night.

Not bad, could be better with a little work.

The beds were comfortable. The room was large and spacious.

The place smelled like cigarettes. It was kinda gross. Staff at night standing right outside door smoking and the lobby and elevator smells like a bar. Kinda gross.
