Great location, comfortable beds, clean.
Great place if you just need a very good not expensive place to rest. Ideal if you want to be most of the day in Point Pelee National Park.
There is a supermarket across the street.
Some problematic guests started shouting at 3 am.
It’s not the motel fault though.

Location was ideal for what I was doing that weekend. Nice clean room
There were 2 couples who were outside there room talking and laughing till quite early in the morning (2-3 am)

Room was nice and clean, staff were accommodating of the issues we faced.
No thermostat to control temperature of the room. The room also smelt very strongly of cigarettes when we first entered, had to air it out for awhile before the smell dissipated. I think the smell came from the vents.
Also did not make sense that instant coffee was provided but there was no way to boil water to make the instant coffee.
