Location is excellent. Right by the tunnel, close to Caesar’s.

The staff was nice and helpful, from check in/out, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. All of them very helpful. The room was appropriate to what we booked online. Breakfast was very complete and had plenty options.
The surrounding areas of the building don't agree with what the hotel provides. There's innumerable homeless people walking around the area, the building and the parking garage. These are homeless that use drugs, and make it completely unsafe, moreover if you are with young kids. On the other hand, we encounter 10/15 people around the building just sitting, observing guests coming in and out of the hotel all day. We were told, these are refugees the government has placed in this hotel. It also makes the stay a bit uncomfortable. Just some things worth mentioning for anyone who would be interested in knowing how this hotel looks in general.
