There was a mixup in cleaning our room and it never happened and there was also a mixup with our parking pass.

We liked having the soap and lotion on the wall, also the shampoo and bath wash. Nice hotel with a great location

Location near northwestern and closer to north campus. The parking structure is convenient.
Run down, breakfast was terrible, most of the staff were not knowledgeable of the area, WiFi was painfully slow at times and no option to buy a faster premium service (as I was told from staff). I have been staying at this hotel since 2016. In recent years, the hotel and surrounding area have declined.Feels dirty and bordering unsafe.
