We had the presidential suite and the space was impressive. The bed was restorative. we were moving kids into college both days - longed to get in that beautiful pool but there was too much work to do!
I miss the cookies and warm towels... and that the wonderful century house restaurant is no longer....

The rooms are fine . Updating should be in the plans. The staff is wonderful.
The outside lighting and the entrance lighting is abysmal. It gets really dark in the Adirondack mountains
It’s a crapshoot trying to see at this property. The parking lot and driveway to the hotel are like a bomb practice range. The pavement is awful

Linda at breakfast was great, some fruit in addition to the typical hotel fare. Cute little decorative touches here and there, like the foam faux-wood beams on the ceiling. Plenty of parking. Fun little nature trail in the marsh out back.
Ancient exterior wall A/C with no temperature setting, just a dial. Extremely humid in the room despite it being fine outside; everything felt wet. Worst night of sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel when I didn't have jet lag. Toilet seat was old and highly worn, which disgusted my wife.
