Staff was friendly. Game room was a plus for the kids. Room was clean. It was close to where we were going and the staff made sure we got a room next to the family we were meeting there.
Pool area could have been warmer. It was cool to swim there. It was a pet friendly hotel, which is ok, but guests didn't care if there large dogs barked and nothing was done to get them to quiet them down.

The air conditioning was loud and it kept waking me up. This was my first visit to your hotel and I liked the interiors and simplicity. I was hoping to become a regular guest but my experience with the air conditioning was awful. I'd hesitate to visit again.
