Loved the location and spacious suites.
The breakfast was not great. The staff didn’t restock, the bagels were stale, and the waffle machine broke. The bathroom could have used another cleaning.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained property, within walking distance of the venue I was there to visit.
Clean, well maintained and close (walking distance) to the Crossgate mall.

It was on the way in a good location; near things to do
In comparison with other Residence Inns I did not think the rooms were as comfortable; we needed to use the pull out which I mentioned when we checked in, but had to go to desk at bedtime and ask for sheets.
