Comfortable large room

Big room, everything worked.

Seems pricey for the age and facilities, and a little far (on foot) from the centre of town

Not bad for the price and close to everything.

Overall it was a nice room. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The pool area was nice. The gym was very clean. The staff was super friendly and cheerful. The guys doing the breakfast the two days I stayed were the best! I never saw anyone being grumpy or causing drama, even when my son made a mess by accident. Full size fridge in the room was a definite plus. Restaurants were a 5 minute drive away, McDonalds and Walgreens across the street, and the museum was about another 5 minutes away.

My son was supposed to use the sofa bed but the mattress was stained and should probably be replaced. He ended up sleeping in the bed with me. The kitchen was ok, but there were some leftover crumbs, I guess from whoever stayed there before us, that were not cleaned up. The hotel is a little outdated. Not bad, but I am used to staying at more modern hotels where you swipe your card, etc. This one still uses the old-school cards you have to insert into the slot. You can tell they tried to upgrade a few things like the floors, but overall it still has a 90s look to it.

disappointing

the room was amazing and the facilities great

there were a lot of children in the pool from 5pm till10pm screaming and making a lot of noiase and when they left the pool area they were running arround the hotel till late and sadly for us were above us so the banging and loud noise continued late. due to the number of children in the pool area for so long we were unable to use the facilities. the breakfast again should have been good but for the children having most of it nad returnign quite a few times nad using up the produce.

Could have been better. Should have been cheaper. Disappointed.

The bed was comfortable, and it was nice having a kitchenette in the room. The staff was pretty cool.

The hotel is basically a shelter, which is fine. Ppl need a place to go, but for the price I paid I did not feel safe. Nor, was I expecting to be approached buy addicts, every time I left the room. I was traveling alone, as a woman. I was not able to sit outside and enjoy the night air. The shower had hair in it, which I had to purchase cleaner to deal with. The ppl/kids playing tag all hours of the night. The pool/hot tub area was questionable. For a Marriott I was definitely expecting more; better.

The pool was “closed” for servicing but people were using it.

Clean and easy.

Easy check in/check out. The room was bigger than expected and was very clean. We arrived late and left very early so our experience was very abbreviated.

The only issue we had was caused by other guests. There were some teens who were banging on doors and then running away after midnight.

Overall a very enjoyable stay, would stay again if in the area.

We came for our daughter's graduation and we enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool and hot tub and the beds were super comfortable.

Breakfast was good, maybe would have liked a little more options for both food and beverages.

Memorial Day Getaway

The room was huge. Full kitchen, the amenities in the room. We had a desk that had a roll top table. The shower was fantastic The breakfast was solid, pool was nice. Spa area was really nice as well. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient.

The pool had to be treated with chemicals which meant it was closed most of the day. The spa Jets didn't work one day. Also a lack of information about the pool closure.

The staff was not really friendly and check in time is at 3pm and I put on the reservation that we would check in at 5pm. We went at 6pm and it was not ready. It was being cleaned. And even though are room was not ready there was no discount or anything offered. I thought very unprofessional. The staff was rude, especially at 11pm when I went and bought 2 drinks

ehh. for the price I would have liked pillows,sheets, and edible breakfast.

it had a pool which was nice.

the pool bleached our bathing suites. there was no bedding for the pull out bed and it took two days to get us some. the breakfast was lousy and not stocked well.

AC is so noisy. i heard most of the guests complained about the AC. they charged me with car charges per night eventhough i do not have car during my stay. the evening guest desk lady is unapproachable and unhelpful.

The glob of hair i found on the rug in the bedroom. The splatters of paint on floor and other places in the bathroom..Tear up that dirty rug and vinyl that floor. Disinfect and sanitize more thoroughly

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay.

The pool and spa was unavailable our entire stay. That was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I think all doors should ge checked periodically by someone to make sure they work properly. We were locked out of our bedroom n bathroom right before we were leaving for our event. The staff was right on top on trying to help us.But it took alot to get opened, it was little frustrating..

it was kinda boring because we were expecting the use of the pool so it was disappointing

neat clean friendly staff and good location with Walgreens and McDonald’s across the street

the pool wasn’t working and the pool was the REASON I choose the hotel so I was disappointed to not have use of it
