Good location in Radium Hot Springs

Close to restaurants. Great common areas to sit outside.

Cleanliness could be better. Outside walkway to rooms very dirty. Noisy floors. Poor draining sink. No breakfast.

Stayed couple times in the past, next visit to Radium we will try a different facility.

A good bed is a ‘must’ this place knows it, some places don’t… Crystal Springs had everything we needed from a motel room.

Great location, amazing staff, clean and comfortable over all. The sofa bed wasn't THE best , but manageable. Keurig coffee available and a little fridge.

The sofa bed wasn't quite as comfortable as the other two beds to be honest but I was so tired that I slept anyway.

Preferable to more expensive properties

Parking in front of our room. Quiet Room was large and very clean. Room had been recently upgraded. Kuerig much appreciated instead of drip coffee.

I like the location of this motel, it close to restaurants and park with kids playground. Kids really like that motel

Quiet location

Was easy to find and quiet location. The room was clean and spacious, the fridge was a good size. Especially loved the shower, the rain shower head was wonderful, good water pressure. The girl who checked us in was friendly and helpful giving us options of good places to eat. There was lots of sitting areas to enjoy in the evening outside as well, use of a bbq was also available.

The king bed was a little worn, time for replacement. No USB plug ins.

rooms are a little outdated and got carpet on the floor.

We've stayed before and enjoyed very much.

I have a mobility issue, and found toilets to be far to low, as did the rest of my family. Sadly this is an issue with most motel/hotels, hopefully hoteliers will change that.

Great stay, would stay here again.

Loved that there was a fridge, did not expect their to be a couch and table so that was a bonus, loved the outdoor space, friendly staff, comfortable bed, a block away from a park and a block away from the main street with good restaurants - convenient! Great value!

excellent stay for 2 nights. highly recommend to all my friends to Radium hot Spring.

Good location in the small town. walkable to everything. comfortable facilities and gardens.

convenient location, off the highway so it was very quiet yet close to everything. room had an apartment size fridge,Keurig coffee maker and several BBQ’s to use. Excellent wi-fi and off street parking.Nice affordable accommodation.

Nice stay in the middle of Radium

Lady at the reception was super helpful and she answered my all questions... even call places for me! Room was nice and clean. Location was just perfect. Wild turkeys in the morning were running in front of the motel and they've been cool too..

Heat in the bathroom wasn't manageable.

Good place to stay , far away from main noisy road, but close to everything else.

Was a nice property, it is clean, enough towels, cleaning service every day, it was first floor and close to parking, in the neighborhood there is a big park for kids. We asleep in the check out day, and we went later with no problem. I like the idea with having 2 rooms with door in between, we had some privacy, the property is not very large but not bad.

The main bed was not very comfy was kind of lower on head side, the kids bank beds where very comfy, one night we had a very noisy group upstairs but it is not the motel fault. The floor is cold, need inside shose.
