Larger than standard "budget" motel rooms. Very clean, amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, shower) better than standard .
Sound proofing below standard (between upper and ground floors).

Rooms are spacious, free coffee pods.
Soundproofing is really bad, we had trouble sleeping because of the neighbors, it was really really noisy.
Room was somewhat clean but would deserve a bit of refreshing. Too expensive for what it was.
