The location was good. The rooms were spacey. The staff were friendly.
There was continuous dust in the room. The dust was everywhere. That might be due to ongoing construction. Also there was dust on the floor that hasn’t been vacuumed for sometime.

Location! Proximity to UPenn is amazing, and beds are super comfortable. The lighting in the room in bathroom is not great, but ok if it’s a sunny day in Philly.
Housekeeping is a real miss here. I brought some of my own coffee and personal items (tissues), and housekeeping threw them away - I had a privacy sign on the door and ONLY asked for towels and tea bags hung in a bag on my door. Entering the room was not okay. I had to ask for water multiple times, robes (normally supplied), and tea bags (normally supplied). The hotel is under construction, but there was no messaging about that during my booking.

The location is great if you need to be on Penn's campus.
The hotel omitted that the regular entrance was under construction and you needed to enter from the opposite side of the hotel. It was very confusing for uber drivers. Even though the hotel was somewhat empty, a very loud guest was placed in the room next door to me. Breakfast in the dining room was awful! I ordered something, and half of it was missing because they were "out". No adjustment to price, no warning.
