Did not have breakfast this time.
Lost my eyeglass case and housekeeping never found it. Probably got scooped up with the bedding but went unnoticed.

It was close to Longwood gardens, very clean, we were offered to choose quite room, great staff. Overall great experience. We were given opportunity to provide a feedback on the stay right away

Cleanliness, yoghurt breakfast was good, close to Longwood Gardens.
Charging for the in-room bottled water, if not a Hilton member, is an insulting joke. I’ve only stayed in 36 hotels this year, this Hilton my 6th in US. A complimentary bottle of water is a given. Seeing a $3.00 charge for in-room water so annoyed me that I will avoid Hiltons. I always have because the Hilton family is proudly obnoxious Because this Hilton is so close to Longwood, I booked it. And we had to wait an hour to be served a bowl of yogurt, granola and fruit. Worst: the hum in room 315 that sounds like a diesel truck running outside the room.
