I asked for a room by the elevator and I was given that.
The lights in the kitchen/living room did not readily work. Phone line to the front desk was ALWAYS BUSY, like it was purposely off the hook!! Breakfast hot foods were absolutely awful.

I didn't realize that the location had two bedroom suites, was prefect for me and my adult son.
Price was high but it was during the PGA tournament so I understand.

The staff were super friendly & accommodating, rooms are spacious, location & local dining are excellent. We were within range of several Wawas, Target, & Wegmans. I'm sure there are plenty of other options around but we didn't explore too much.
There were some ants in our room (not a lot), but when we asked for a room refresh the housekeeping staff did not vacuum which may be what is encouraging the ants to come in. Also, the indoor pool is nice, but requires passing through a small walkway outside, which can be chilly when needing to open the door with the key card coming back to the room from the pool.

Room was a great size and perfect location in malvern.
We arrived for check in and the staff just shrugged their shoulders and said their system was down so they couldn’t check us in. Some better service, maybe encouraging us to sit and have a drink or anything could’ve been better than just a shrug. Later we stopped by the desk to ask for 2 more towels (only 3 were provided for us despite having 6 people in our suite) and they said they had just put the towels in the dryer so they didn’t have any left. Strange for being a big hotel that they didn’t have 2 towels? They never brought them to us after wards. The room wifi also never worked for us and there was a dirty stain in the bedsheets. (Altho it did look like it had been washed).
