Location. Price was good relative to very high prices in Golden. Beds were great. Quiet despite being close to highway. Shower was hot with a lot of pressure.
Hot tub was a bit unsavoury. Sauna didn’t seem to warm up.

It was a decent property good location.
It wasn’t clean enough especially the bathrooms and the power went out for the whole night and there was no backup. Was not worth the money
