Buena estadía, lugar limpio y moderno. Excelente ubicación.

La ubicación es excelente. Está cerca de todo y es muy fácil acceder al transporte público. Además, cuenta con ascensor para llegar al piso y el check-in y check-out fue fácil. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas, las toallas y la habitación muy limpias.

Lamentablemente en un viaje anterior habíamos tenido una estadía de 10. En estamos ocasión, nos tocó una habitación interna (4) que es demasiado pequeña para 3 personas además de un poco oscura. No había espacio ni para abrir el equipaje. El aire acondicionado no tiraba frío.

i don’t recommend this at all!

location - that is pretty much it

it’s basically an expensive hostel. staff were rude and shouted at me claiming to have provided instructions when i never received it. we stayed for 5 days and no fresh towels were provided.

Great location, earplugs are a must !

The property is in a excellent location, right in the gran via street and with easy access to the train station and to other city attractions as the royal palace, plaza España and only 13 min walk to the mercado

There was a weird smell in the hall, you can hear everything between the walls from other apartments and from outside l we got earplugs and that solve the problem, also we asked for another set of keys and never got an answer.

Amazing location right in the center of the city. Room was small but practical. Everything worked. Quiet room

You can hear the opening of other rooms sometimes. (But that will happen in all Madrid)
