The shuttle service is really practical and easy to find and reserve (just have to call the hotel when you arrive at LAX)
Facilités were clean and really comfortable
Really liked the hot cookie and bottle of water given when I’ve arrived
I couldn’t turn off the air conditioning

Location was good, around 5 minutes away from LAX Airport. Shuttle bus took a while to arrive but we could catch it, which was nice after a 12h flight.
The hotel room was clearly very aged. The fridge was inside a half opened cabinet (like, the door couldn’t be closed). The restroom has many issues, including the shower, which was also half broken and we couldn’t choose warm water (only cold or boiling). Toilet as well, it got easily clogged. So, the whole room needing a huge renovation. Pool too - unfortunately, dirty. My daughter didn’t dare to get inside and she loves pool!
