I liked the design and size of the room, the facilities, balcony, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, hot shower, hairdryer. The staff were great - helpful, friendly, polite! There's a little shop near reception that was very handy, and a free airport shuttle bus. Location was near fast food and grocery stores.
The bathroom sink was outside the actual bathroom, which I don't find that hygienic, and the only mirror was placed behind it - so far away that I could barely see to put my contacts in! There was no full length mirror, so I couldn't check out my concert outfit! The toilet seat was too high. Netflix tried to make me sign up for a new account, and wouldn't let me log into my existing one.

Maria is wonderful serving breakfast and makes great coffee. She is so pleasant and helpful. She told me she remembered me from last stay . True or not true , it made me feel good.
. Then there Cynthia who explained to Markus ( with a K) what I was requesting. I had a room on first floor at door and steps. I wasn’t able to open blinds. I am an older woman traveling alone. I didn’t feel safe in any way. Markus was empathetic and helped me get another room. I was and still am so grateful for him. I like that Sonesta when I’m in LA which was my home. I like the closeness to LAX, food shopping and the beach. I like the parking so convenient. The staff are helpful . The vibe is very nice
The carpet is not so clean but that’s mostly all hotels..

Booked for it’s convenient location before I flew home. Restaurants and groceries near by, friendly bar and reception staff. Clean pool.

Good location for what we needed
Dirty. There were weird stains in our room and in common areas. And 35 dollars for parking is insane
$$$$
