Would be better if small details were paid more attention.

They had no water to drink when we arrived late waiting to check in, also no extra blanket in room and when I asked it was a huge process like it was never asked. The ice machine was not working no vending machine, the towels were dirty in our room when we arrived or badly stained clean ones and last but not least the coffee maker was not cleaned out had old coffee in it. The free breakfast was a pretty good selection. I feel for paying over 100 a night and too many things that would make it great that could have been done.

Mediocre at best. Value priced but I would have paid more for better service.

Breakfast was fresh.

I requested my dog to stay with and they said not a problem, no extra charge. Which of course I would pay, but they didn't uphold their email to me regarding that situation. The staff at the front were not friendly. My son had taken a muffin and picked at it. Once we were done, I did not want to waste it, so I brought it back to the hotel room. The staff at the front stopped me dead in my tracks telling me I was not allowed to take food back to my room. I let her know it was already picked at and didn't want to throw out perfectly good food. My biggest issue was that I told staff at check in I wished to pay cash at check out. Upon checking out they put through the payment onto my credit card. Between the issues during my stay to check out, I won't be back. I pay just the same for a room in red deer on q regular basis, for a much nicer room and friendlier staff. The rooms are outdated, the tub had rust all on the bottom. You can see handprints on the walls in the room. The type of room you worry if it has bed bugs.

Won't come back, would love the staff to move to a different hotel, they were great.

The staff were fabulous, truly lovely people and very attentive. Great location too.

The noisy wedding guests, the lack of breakfast food, the stench of pee in the stairwell, the permenant guest and her dog living in the lobby, the noisy air conditioning...

I like how Tim Hortons is right here and pets are allowed the staff are kind and friendly

I found another dogs collar under the bed as well as a few pieces of dog kibble but other than that everything was ok

Easy to get to, room is roomy, breakfast was good.

Walls are fairly thin, could hear adjoining room conversation and hallway chatter pretty clearly.

Excellent facility!

The room was great with plenty of space and the bed has to be one of the most comfortable I have experienced. The continental breakfast was the same day-to-day, but the staff was great in ensuring that everything was stocked regularly.

That the site does not track the additional pet fees and when I checked in I was charged an additional fee for using a debit card instead of a credit card.

Did not stay at the property as when I went there, I didn't like it.

I like the pictures, location, price, and amenities of the hotel as shown on the website so that's why l made reservation but was disappointed upon arrival at the property.

I didn't actually stay at the property as when I visited the property the day before I was to actually check in I did not like what I saw at the entrance door of the hotel where I saw staff members smoking, and I did not like the area where the food was being served so for me that was a turnoff.

The Staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful.

There were too many chemicals in the hot tub. The hotel needs some renovations.

Rooms were clean, but unfortunately our non smoking hotel room, smelled really bad of smoke.

Very friendly helpful staff. Location for what we needed was good.

There was not much variety for breakfast. Most things were empty and not restocked. Paper bowls and flimsy plastic cutlery.
