The location. Nice lobby and nice breakfast area.
We had a suite, one a/c was very cold other not cold enough. Pool out of order. Looks like it was a good hotel at one time but needs updating.

Location good
Staff were very good
Water was lukewarm. Grounds definitely needed attention.
So tough to get into room. Back entrances key would not work.
Breakfast was okay. But lack of attention to cutlery, etc and as items were depleted no one to address.
