The hotel was under construction and all employees were complainging about the workers taking a long time. Umcomforatable beds, and dirty sheets and towels. Hotel was sold out so we counldn't change rooms. And there was no daily service, something that we were not advised about when we checked in.

Staff were helpful and courteous, however the room seemed clean but it really wasn’t. There was garbage under the beds from prior guests and the floor felt sticky. There was hair on the sheets, toenails near the radiator, and the pillows smelt like armpits to name a few reasons why.

The outside needs to be swept up there is a lot of cigarette butts everywhere especially close to the patio and entrance doors

Very impressed with the renovations they’ve done this with this facility in the past I didn’t read it very high but it’s very clean. It’s very quiet and it looks like it put a lot of thought into the bringing it up to a good standard a very nice place to stay and never heard a thing after 11 o’clock so I was happy.

No notification of construction on building. Alternative entrance not well marked or lit up. Could smell front desks body odour from about 10’ away. Bathroom counter looked like a dirty rag was leaking send on it. Beds were very messily made and dirt and hair on bedding

The place was clean. The location was noisy and very limited in terms of walkability.
There were no amenities to speak of, so if you just want a half decent bed , this place will do.

checked in at 11p and checked out at 11:15p… entered room. looked like someone had jumped on the beds and they were covered with human hair.. gross.
Went to front desk to check out and gave my explanation, i got zero push back from clerk, he was making a note and informing his manager. he also explained to me how to get a refund

The place was falling apart. It was dirty. The bathroom door did not close properly. The micowave was dirty. The one chair that was in the room...was falling apart.
The breakfast was not good, and the one wait staff that I saw was rude to a child.

The property was easy to find and get into. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable with up to date furnishings.

This is an expedia issue. My mistake I made my reservation for the 22nd instead of the 21st. Of course there was nothing Confort Inn could do so I called expedia and could only get a recording. Eventually the recording told me I hadn't cancelled early enough...really? It cost me $175 because of 1/2 hour. Terrible. I will not be using expedia again.

The front staff Jake and Sherry were very kind and I was able to check in a few hours earlier than the normal 3 p.m. check-in, which was great because I wasn't sure how I was going to kill 3 hours in a city I've never been to before.
The evening staff was just ok. Seemed like I was putting him out to ask for something.
I never saw housekeeping clean my room in my 6 days there.
I threw out the garbage myself in the outside garbage can my 3rd day there. I had to call them on my 5th day to ask if someone could go in and at least grab the garbage for me. Upon check-in I was told the housekeepers only come every 2-3 days but my room was never made-up. I saw the two gentlemen in the hallway and asked for more towels and new garbage bags. I tipped them.
Breakfast was continental and didn't have too bad of options! I'm on a high protein diet and they had Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, peanut butter packs. I was pleased.
Hallways and rooms smelled clean and fresh, my room was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Comfort Inn used to be my go to accommodation- no longer. Rude and unfriendly staff and rugs that haven’t been cleaned in years. I still like that one can park in front of one’s room but older motels are being upgraded and I’m now using them.

Super clean and looked very newly remodeled on the inside. The outside looks a little dated but inside is definitely been updated. The continental breakfast was very nice. It’s a little crowded! Nevertheless, we had a great experience, and would highly recommend it.

The room was fine. The hallways looked like they needed vacuuming. Am overwhelming smell of cleaner walking in from the back door to the room.
