Staff was very rude and disrespectful not just myself but witnessed same actions to a senior man!
The manager told me he was going to adjust my bill for the problems his staff cause, he just wanted to talk with the owner, when I checked out I spoke with him and all he said to me was, oh Hi I haven't talked with the owner yet and walked away! I knew then he was just telling me what he wanted to and never planned on discounting my bill!
I found out after, the next day that the owner is his father!!! Like he/they really give 2 shits about how there customers feel...
My room was not cleaned once in 8 days, I had to ask the cleaning person 4 times to update/change my towels!!
For over $300 a night for a newer place ... terrible ... already falling apart
