Only good thing was proximity to progressive field

Proximity to Progressive Field.

Employees were not friendly or helpful at all. Bathroom was dirty. Only had a half of a roll of toilet paper. When we asked the front desk for some along with shampoo, she acted like we were bothering her. Every time we walked by the desk they were on their cell phones and not paying attention to anything. Did not feel welcome there at all.

Great if u are going to baseball game. Look into other options.

Location to the ballpark

Staff not communicating. Check in @ 3 got into room @5. Parking lot staff sleeping. Trash left in hallway with dirty towels.

Excellent location for everything we did in Cleveland.

Liked the location, pool & Hot Tub.

Bathroom sink drain was clogged, got repaired on the last day. Did not like to have to ask for more towels, Kleenex and toilet paper as rooms are not made up each day due to Covid-19. We would have liked a free hotel shuttle to the Browns football game.

Very good

Great location to walk to the Cleveland Guardian's game and local restaurants. Clean and Comfortable.

Disappointed I had to pay for parking since I paid over $600 for two rooms.

Convenient but not worth the price

Location to ballpark

Room was old. Noisy area (near highway). Pool had loud kids screaming and young children using hot tub.

I would have hoped for a totally different experience

The rates almost tripled for the night we booked & with our room over the pool the chlorine smell was overwhelming

I was charged for parking when I didn’t even have a vehicle when I was there. I kept calling for my refund.

Pleasant

No housekeeping service during a 4 day stay. For the price they charge, daily housekeeping should be expected. Otherwise, you're not really a hotel - you're just an overpriced Air bnb. Pool was open but hottub was closed the entire time.

Location was great. Accommodations were good. Service was REALLY bad.

The location was excellent

We never saw housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to get my own toilet paper because there was none in the room. We had already used the last tissues. Also the small store was out of several snacks and drinks. When I asked about things, I was told it was a popular item and they were out. Two other guests were behind me and were told the same thing about two different items. It didn’t impact me, but on the second day of our stay the lobby was packed with guests waiting to get in their rooms. It was 4:30 and check in time was 3:00.

Location to progressive field and downtown area.

Cost compared to what it actually was. Breakfast you have to pay for. Wifi you have to pay for. Room was very small. Bathroom had a water leak from the ceiling in the shower. Wasn't the cleanest room but could have been better.

it was clean, comfortable, and we loved how it was within walking distance to the baseball stadium

it was close to the baseball stadium

how they said parking was $20 but they actually took out $50 for an inconvenience fee. we got the extra $30 back but it was $30 we could have used on our stay there

Back parking lot was neglected. Felt like it was low priority. People do care where they leave their cars so not a good first impression.

Value for money

I love that you can actually park on site and in the parking lot with the hotel! Unlike most places downtown Cle! Room was clean! Loved that they have rooms you can stay with your pet, which sometimes you have to do.

$22 parking per day. $18 breakfast(very simple breakfas. closed restaurants. not a ideal combo

the staff was very upbeat and helpful

the restaurant and bar were closed two of the four nights. once for being under staffed and once for lack of business. the employee locked the door in our face as we were trying to walk in.

There was a domestic fight early Saturday morning that woke us up. I called the front desk and the staff was really nice

It was in a perfect location so we could walk everywhere! Very close to the stadium and lots of restaurants

The receiptionist was not helpful he didn’t really know anything about his job. When I was booking I was not made aware of a 50$ deposit till I actually arrived.

Disappointing

Early breakfast time and the wait staff did an excellent job

The room was not the cleanest. Not enough bath towels. The pool room was cold and the hot tub was not working. We had to pay for handicap parking $20 per night.

Close to Downtown, if you drive or Uber there. Hotel needs some room updates.

The Hot Tub was broke, the help was great. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The TV is not that user friendly. Nothing to do in walking distance.
