The lady that greeted me to help with my booking was so kind and amazing.
My sister and I just lost our mother.
I wanted to take her downtown and both of us decompress
I love the city and go to Christian
concerts alone.
My sister would be uncomfortable in the city and I love spending time there
I always had to enjoy everything alone.
So she was able to see Cleveland through my eyes She loved it.
And Cleveland is beautiful at night
We don’t have money to stay in your hotel.
I found a good deal on booking.com
So you made two girls feel so special.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable room. Location was perfect. Walked to waterfront pier and R&R Hall of Fame.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location. Decent breakfast. 24-hour coffee/tea.
Room cleanliness was ok but various detritus from prior guests remained. Vacuuming needs to be better. Also, there was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll and no replacement roll. Temperature and humidity in the room and bedding made the room feel "wet". Elevators had shabby, run down feel.
