Our room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the complementary drinks and snacks and breakfast was also very good!
One of the elevators was down .
The one thing in our room that was bad was the glasses in the kitchenat had lipstick smudging on them.

The location and breakfast was great.
My bed was awfully uncomfortable. The computer systems went down in the middle of my check-in so they had to change computers. This caused my card to be pending on double the charges for everything. That money is on hold in my account and I couldn’t access it until 4 days later when the double charge fell out of the system. This caused me many problems.

The front desk staff, especially Aria and Theresa, were incredibly kind and quickly helped us move rooms after we discovered broken glass in our original room. The kids loved the pool, breakfast was great, and the bartender provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Our original room had broken glass on the floor, and I ended up getting glass in my foot, which was a disappointing way to start our stay. Our room keys repeatedly stopped working, the overnight staff was rude when we asked for help, and management never followed up after saying they would contact us about the incident.
