The Simon Hotel was a great place to stay for a basketball game as it was steps to the West Gym and was new and clean. Rooms were spacious and equipped with basic niceties (shampoos etc) and comfie beds. The only downside was the climate control was lacking and if a window was opened, was programmed to not work. Road noise was prominent with window open so ask for a courtyard room. It felt like a really nice and new dorm and priced reflected it. I would definitely not hesitate to stay again. Bonus was free breakfast and coffee station on each floor. Staff was super friendly and checking in/out was a breeze. With only a handful of rooms, it didn’t feel busy at end of August—which might be different once school starts.

Proper climate control with air conditioning would have been nice. Blinds don’t blackout quite enough. Bathrooms lacked counter space.

Enjoyed the variety of breakfast at Dining Commons Just needed a place to crash & freshen up between long day trips and this was fulfilled

Good location, excellent breakfast

Shared bathroom needed hooks for towels and clothes. Floor or sink was the only option. Bed was really high, I had to jump to get into it. No shampoo, hair dryer or hangers.
