Everything was great! And we arrived late at night and that was not an issue. Ans we needed an early shuttle ride to airport and front desk clerk was so helpful and got us a shuttle very early morning.

Once I arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful, but ...
It was absolutely impossible to contact the hotel by phone or messaging through the booking.com app, to get the hotel shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. I spent almost an hour attempting this.
