Clean nice hotel. As any purchase, monitor for double charging.

Check in was smooth. Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to the airport and rental car return zone.

I was double charged. Not just a pending hold but both the Booking and hotel charges went through. I called the hotel and spent 20 minutes on hold getting it sorted out. They apologised and said they would fully refund me, minus a $5 “tourism fee”. I laughed, and requested my FULL refund as they already received the “tourism fee” on the first charge. The staff member seemed surprised I wanted my full refund. BANANAS.

Overpriced for little amenities

No free parking for guest, No complimentary breakfast despite the price of the rooms and suites.

No sleep due to noise from loud guests until 4:00 am. The staff should have closed the common areas at a decent time.

The property was clean and in a good location to the airport. The facilities were nice.

The hotel is set up with the common areas in the middle of the structure, with the rooms around them. The noise level in the rooms off the charts high. Every sounds echos up to the rooms, especially from the indoor pool.

Clean. comfortable, and reasonable place to stay.

NIce, clean, relaxing, and comfortable room. The restaurant was also delicious with a very friendly staff.

This Hotel Will Make You Forget Delta Airlines

The staff were so kind. They made me forget how badly Delta screwed me over. Honestly, the kindness I was shown after missing a flight, and my luggage along with it, makes me want to have more layovers in Detroit. Thank you for the toiletries. The restaurant was amazing after a long, stressful day. And the bed! I slept 12 hours that night.

Beds were very comfortable; the room was nice overlooking the pool and atrium. Visited the bar one night for drinks and a light meal, service was good.

Breakfast! Ran out of coffee on both mornings, considering we were there for a conference staff should’ve been more attentive. Food was not great and the grits were way to watery couldn’t even eat them.

The hotel is dog friendly. The woman at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel lobby is a multi-story atrium. From 7am to 10pm the hotel plays loud pop/techno music. this was horrible and made sleeping difficult. The comforters on the bed were so old and worn out that there was no stuffing in them so sleeping was cold.

Relaxing

The pool is in the center of the motel. The glass above the pool so you could see the sky and clouds. The spacious lounge area. The staff was polite and courteous.

Mary Makes Us Happy

Mary who checked us in was amazing. We had spent 7 hours at DTW with the day ending in a cancelled flight at 1:15am. Mary greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night and was the only positive person we encountered the entire day. Her upbeat personality made things a bit better.

The size of the room and bathroom were great!

The pillows went and remained flat as soon as you laid your head on them. There were tiny little bugs in two corners of the bathroom. There were no plastic knives available.

It looks nice, clean, and smells good.

Usually, I park here to fly out of Detroit, which I do frequently for work. Due to a snowstorm, I decided to actually stay the night before flying out instead of dealing with early morning ice/snow (I live an hour and 15 minutes away). I had a room on the 2nd floor with a window facing inside toward the atrium (where restaurant and check-in areas are located). I just wanted a quiet, restful evening before facing the anxiety of traveling these days. Unfortunately, I got dinner and returned to my room only to hear EVERYTHING. From kids playing and screaming loudly in the pool until it closed, to the music that played through the main floor speakers the ENTIRE night. It felt like a bad dream. I got ZERO sleep. It was a very frustrating experience for the amount of money I paid, literally just to sleep, and to end up getting none at all.

We stayed here one night to make it easier for us to catch our early flight at DTW. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the price of parking was cheaper than the airport.

It was a little pricey for one night but we paid for the convenience.

Petfect spot to catch a flight at Detroit Metro

Close to airport. Shuttle provided and I could leave my car at the hotel during my trip for less than airport parking cost.

The pool and hot tub was great thats what I go for relaxing

Breakfast way to expensive restaurant next door was half the price of theirs and better quality

Very clean, nice pool, clean room

$19 for breakfast, even for kids. For a family of four after tax and tip it would have been $100 for breakfast
