The view was spectacular and the staff very accommodating. Lots of activities for the family. We go back every year.
Cheaper rates so we could go more frequently. The T-shirt cost for tie dye were way too high.

We stayed in room 306 - as soon as we opened the door we were met with unobstructed ocean view through the living room sliders. The Living room and main bedroom have balcony access and morning sunrise views. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels in each bathroom. The kitchen had great basics so you could cook a meal, brew coffee etc. Full fridge with an excellent ice maker. The floors are ceramic tile in the main living area and carpet in the bedroom - you will hear people above you moving chairs but it was problematic - you can't hear conversations or TV's (we didn't at least) just the movement of the dining chairs in the unit above us. The location is close to small shopping areas - CVS, surf shop, restaurants, post office etc - if you travel off island 10-15 min you will find larger selection of restaurants, grocery (Publix), Dunkin for coffee etc.
No complaints really, it was a very nice stay for us and our needs, We ate out mostly but did get groceries like beverages and snacks to take with us to the pool or for excursions out.

We loved the location and how our room was right on the beach.

Close to beach
The condo was nice, but the issue was with the bedding. It was not clean in both bedrooms. There was smells of BO and other smells in the pillows and bedding. A complaint was filed with the manager, who never actually called me to resolve this. After leaving two messages to discuss a reimbursement of partial cost of the room, which was expensive. Would not stay here again.
