The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and service great. Only a couple of minutes to the ski lifts. Cleaning off my car after it snowed was a nice and unexpected touch. Would stay again.
My room was on the smaller side.

Included breakfast was nice (eggs scrambled or fried, with toast and choice of bacon/sausage). Served quickly too. Location great for skiers- very close to the base of Massif. Pretty waterfront views, nice town. Quaint rooms.
We booked the place for a ski trip, specifically for the hot tub and proximity to le massif. The hot tub had to be reserved in advance (which was fine) but could only be used for a 20min slot (even though no one else was waiting.) If we had known that we probably would have booked somewhere else. We were two in a room that slept 4, and found it felt crowded. There wasn’t much room to hang ski things or bathing suits - thank goodness it wasn’t too wet that weekend. Parking lot was pretty tight- spots weren’t marked (unclear where to park) and needed to fit a lot of cars.
