The front desk staff were great! The bed was firm and I slept well. The restaurant and lounge, and bartender was awesome.
Having to pay for parking! I was forced to pay for parking via my phone. Using your credit card over the phone is one of the best ways to have it stolen. I'd rather pay the front desk directly for that service. Much safer!

Did not expect to paid extra. Did see any sign. Other places I stay it was included. There was nothing special about this breakfast.

The pool area not clean there were leaves in water. No hottub that was disappointing
Didn't expect to paid for parking.
