Location is perfect and the staff makes the difference, really helpful and accommodating. Also, best toilet paper in Canada :)
The bed wasn't really comfortable and was making noises at the slightest movement, even breathing. A Minor inconvenience was our room as it was located in the basement so smell wasn't the best (although the room was spotless)

Lovely staff, nice to have onsite laundry, large spacious room.
The local area was not the best, but can’t say I felt unsafe at any time.
