I like everything about the property!! Ms. Rhoda was extremely welcoming to me and my daughter. She provided shuttle for us from the airport to the hotel. I wasn’t aware of it and she made sure we were about to utilize that service.

The location was great! The morning staff were very helpful, offering to help us to "make things right" before we ultimately decided to leave for a different hotel due to the issues we experienced.

We arrived 3 hours after our check-in time to find out the room we booked 10 days earlier was not immediately available. We ended up getting placed in a new room that recently passed inspection after their ongoing renovations. There were signs of debris (drywall/plaster) in some areas around the base of the couch and bed, which we didn't really mind, but was noticeable. Our room was missing some basic amenities including soap, pillows and bedding for the pullout bed. When we asked the evening staff to help us out, it took over an hour to get pillows, and we had to wait until housekeeping made their rounds the next day for a bar of soap. After stocking the fridge with groceries, we found there was a short that caused the circuit breaker to blow, leading to us throwing out most of our food. We reset the breaker, and it blew again in the next 24 hours while we were out of the hotel, eliminating the rest of the food we had stocked. When we mentioned the fridge issue to the evening front desk staff, we were told we weren't the only room in the wing experiencing the issue and they would have an electrician out sometime in the next few days. This message was delivered to us without any concern or empathy, almost as if we were inconveniencing the evening staff member. This ultimately led to our decision to leave the hotel and request a refund.
