We love that there were two restaurants connected to the hotel and we didn’t need to leave the building to get there. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Mall of America and the Outlet Mall. It’s a perfect location! Oh, how can I forget the breakfast! The best complimentary breakfast, always fresh and very tasty. There were options available for almost every palette.
Only one complaint… we had connecting rooms, and one of the rooms had a strong mildew smell. I think it was in the carpet. However the property management and staff were very accommodating and worked to resolve the issue, including changing the air filters and trying to clean and disinfect the space.

Location was excellent right across from all of America and IKEA
Room was a little tired closet doors were showing wear and tear along with bathroom vanity probably time for an upgrade.

The facility was convenient and very clean. They had a very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly during the check in process.
The pool area was nice but crowded to the point you could not use it. Children were still bouncing everywhere even at 11:30 p.m. I love kids, but it would have been nice to enjoy the pool at some point myself. The TGIF attached to the property tried to upcharge from what was on the menu; I went back to the room and ordered online at the price stated on the menu.

Location free parking and staff was nice.
Water wasn’t hot, beds were very uncomfortable, and pillows were terrible! Definitely need to change up breakfast instead of having the same thing every day.
