Awful experience will never stay at this location or at any Embassy Suites. Not worth the risk!!

Location only!

Filthy carpets, trash on the floors in the hallways, elevators were smelly and extremely dirty!! Bed leaned on one side. Furniture dented and scratched up. Breakfast was ok. Soiled silverware and plated/bowls. Truckers parked blocking half of one dude if the parking lot. Just a complete awful experience and total letdown for an Embassy standard hotel. Highly disappointing!!

It was a nice place to stay for a night to a couple of nights.

We love having the breakfast in the morning and having the separate bedroom and living room spaces.

Wish the beds were a bit bigger on the double suite.

I will not be back, I will pick another chain to stay at

The breakfast was the only thing good about our stay. I dont know how old this building is but it definitely needs a total upgrade.

My son complained all night long of the terrible smell next to his bed, near the window. he said it smelled like poop!!!!!! I am sorry, if your facility allows pets there should be no carpeting in the room!!! I am sorry, I am not a pet person and at these rates you are charging I should not have to put up with these conditions. It was until late in the evening he noticed the smell, Cmon, do better!!!!

The location

The mattress was worn out, and I could feel the springs in the mattress. Also, one of the pillow cases did not appear to be clean. However, overall, we did have a good stay. And the staff works hard.

Horrible

Breakfast staff was friendly.

Staff was uneducated and rude. They didn't provide keys. Instead, we went back and forth debating on how the keys were missing. I was advised that I you couldn't earn hilton honors points when booking through 3rd party. Curtains were stained. The chair in the room was dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was stained with what appeared to be mold.

My stay was relaxing and the hotel staff was excellent in attending to every request!

The breakfast was very inviting and all of the chefs and cooks were pleasant and easy to deal with. Even the gentleman who cleaned the tables after we ate!

Very clean. Breakfast was awesome. Happy hour was great. Malia was extremely wonderful, very thoughtful, knowledgeable & accommodating. She made our stay Top Tier!!!

Waste of money for extra for pool

Breakfast and location great. Staff great

Kids were in the pool during adult only hours so we couldn't enjoy the pool which the pool is the reason why we chose this hotel. I complained and nothing was done. We were only given one card for complimentary drinks when I found out work other couples everyone else got one each.

Good

The rooms looked very nice to the naked eye and we liked the balcony. The staff members were fairly nice and helpful.

Well I didn't like the fact that I couldn't be on the third floor but overall that was fine. .Not quite sure if the room was cleaned properly. Our major issue was the balcony. Even though we loved the balcony we didn't like the fact that we would have to look at our neighbors if we went on the balcony. Also, the fact that someone next to you could easily climb over to your balcony which made it feel a bit unsafe.
