The location was excellent with comfortable beds
We booked 3 in a room and we had to retrieve added towels, coffee cups, coffee. Stayed 2 nights and they did not take away our trash . We again had to retrieve added towels( for 3) cups etc. as the gal at the desk could not leave her post.
English with one gentleman was poor at the front desk.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were great
The room wasn't ready and they made us feel unimportant.
Check-in staff was not helpful
First room - bathtub stop was leaking and would not hold water. Moved to another room.
Pillows were not comfortable
