Excellent location close to waterfront, very friendly staff, overall good value for price.
Room is very small, especially the private bathroom. Cleanness could be improved.

The location is good, it’s pretty close to the waterfront so most things are easily reached by foot.
Since it was hot they put two fans in the room to cool it down since there’s no air conditioning.
Staff was really nice as well!
Our bed was extremely high up (mattress was where my shoulders are) kind of on a pedestal made out of wood. There were no steps so it was a bit difficult to get in and out of bed.
The room was extremely small so it was difficult to even open our suitcase.
There’s no elevator and the staircase is pretty narrow due to the building being old, so it was difficult to carry the suitcase up the stairs. Staff offered to help though which was very nice!
The room was extremely hot despite the two fans they offered, so we didn’t really get a good night’s sleep. There is a window but it’s really small.
The shower curtain is a bit too short so water leaks out onto the bathroom floor.
