Great location, close to the train station and the old city. The kitchen was well equiped and clean. The staff were friendly helpful. Although we didn't use it the common area looked cosy.
We had a queen room with bathroom and it was pretty small, not much room for a bag or anywhere to put things. There wasn't anywhere in the small bathroom to put toiletries either.

Clean, safe, wonderful common areas (kitchen, den and rooftop), well-maintained, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff.
No way to control room temperature, heater got very hot (better than too cold though). Room and hallway doors are very safe, but loud when opening and closing.

Great location near to Via Rail station and big supermarket. Nice rooms, lounge area and kitchen. I liked the outdoor space. Great staff and safe stay. Good security.
Spiral staircase so best to travel light!!

The location is good, it’s pretty close to the waterfront so most things are easily reached by foot.
Since it was hot they put two fans in the room to cool it down since there’s no air conditioning.
Staff was really nice as well!
Our bed was extremely high up (mattress was where my shoulders are) kind of on a pedestal made out of wood. There were no steps so it was a bit difficult to get in and out of bed.
The room was extremely small so it was difficult to even open our suitcase.
There’s no elevator and the staircase is pretty narrow due to the building being old, so it was difficult to carry the suitcase up the stairs. Staff offered to help though which was very nice!
The room was extremely hot despite the two fans they offered, so we didn’t really get a good night’s sleep. There is a window but it’s really small.
The shower curtain is a bit too short so water leaks out onto the bathroom floor.
