Location and decoration was great, main shareable area was great.
Air conditioning didn’t work and the room was incredibly hot.

I could walk to the waterfront. Views from the roof deck. Beauty of the house.
I was there during a heatwave and the A/C in my room was not working. I made do with a fan and screen less open window since it cooled off at night. The house seems like it has expensive infrastructure that is difficult for them to maintain.

Absolutely beautiful decor and very clean and well kept! There were lots of little extras that were appreciated like the scented air freshener, slippers and flip flops for the outdoor spaces and all the amenities in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and polite and it was very quiet. It was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. It was fantastic to have a hot tub and sauna in the back yard and the view from the rooftop patio was spectacular!
I was not impressed with the breakfast- I was under the impression that it included fresh fruit but there wasn't any. There was included some soggy looking bacon and packaged cheese slices which are very unappealing. I would suggest offering a variety of cereals by getting those mini boxes and changing the description to not include fruit if there isn't any available. With regards to availability there was also the promise of wine and beer for purchase but the fridge only had 1 beer and no wine for both of the nights I was there. Not a big deal but I may have purchased wine if it had been there. Lastly, my heat pump seemed to not work properly- I texted the owner and told the in-house staff but nothing was done about it. Luckily the weather was moderate so it didn't get unbearable but it would be nice to know that I could cool the room if needed. All these things could be easily fixed so I wouldn't hold it against them and would certainly go back!
