Room was on the first floor next to the side exit at the pool Outside door banged shut A LOT.

Breakfast met our expectations.
Location was very good as we were in FLL for just 2 nights and not for shopping.
I would recommend to others.
The carpet on the. 3rd floor did not have a pleasant smell.
Lobby are was just too cold.
I was not able to access the WiFi for the first 2 days, even with the front desk’s assistance.
It was not until Sunday evening when I requested assistance from the front desk, who had me set up successfully.

The location is walking distance from the Broward Mall, very convenient.
Housekeeping is every 3 days. That means, if you are staying more than 1 night, find a place to dry your towels and clean your own room, they won’t give you clean towels nor fix or refill anything in your room for the next few days.
The lady at the front desk didn’t want to be there, so customer service was terrible. She had an attitude, didn’t want to help.
