Parking lot is well maintained, I find a lot of motels don't keep it maintained and can cause damage to vehicles.

I didn't use the free breakfast.
It was a very hot day, the room air conditioner couldn't effectively lower the temperature to a more comfortable level.

No breakfast. Owners had room above mine and they were noisy late into the night. Some people hanging out in front of their unit
