The room was mostly clean, air conditioner worked well, small refrigerator was a nice bonus, wifi was effective, bed was clean and comfortable.
First impressions are lasting impressions- the office area was in dire need of housekeeping and repair...too many notices on the windows facing arriving travellers that make a confusing and unwelcoming theme.
This is an older motel that has seen better days and could use a good spruce-up to give the place more curb appeal.
Potential guests may have decided to stay elsewhere when surveying the property by the approach to the office thinking that guest rooms may exhibit the same blight as seen from the courtyard.
