Nothing worth liking when there is financial. mishandling, We had booked for two days. The hotel charged for one day in advance and for the second day, plus a deposit of CAD 250 at the time of check-in. The amount charged at the time of check-in (one day's charge and CAD 250) was returned and my card was charged for the total booking of two days. This is reflected on my credit card statement that I have shared with the hotel. So, they have charged me for three days. However, they are refusing to return the one-day extra charge. This amounts to negligence / fraud. I will not recommend anyone to book with this hotel. Totally disappointing. The property being pet friendly, rooms smell of pets. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful but that does not help much,
Very poor room maintenance. The carpet was smelling. The furniture had scratches, paint peeling off the wall. Pet smell all over. On top of that having been charged extra for one day is simply not acceptable.
