It was in a nice area and the lady that greeted us was nice. Everything was ready for our check in.
There was mold around the bathroom floor. Everything else was fairly clean.

It is a nice spot not far from the river. The surroundings are quite pleasant.
The room we stayed in was dark little dark and old-fashioned. It faced a big parking lot that is not particularly attractive. Traffic from the main road can be noisy.
