Quiet rooms, comfy beds, free breakfast, spacious room, good value
Upon check in we were informed the pool was “closed for maintenance “. We found this strange as a) the pool was filled with water and appeared normal, and b) it was the long weekend and supposedly very busy the day before we arrived. Too bad because the pool one of the reasons we chose the place.
Also the toilet in the bathroom and the tub are in need of replacement. The non-slip surface of the tub looked stained and was unappealing to use.
Finally, although the breakfast was not bad, the place was obviously understaffed for a holiday
Monday. The breakfast room was monitored maybe every 15 minutes by the front desk clerk who had to keep running back and forth and into the kitchen—which could be a public health concern.

Easy to find, clean and spacious rooms, attentive staff. Reasonable price and no issues checking in after midnight following a 700 mile drive.
It would have been better to have more fruit available in the breakfast buffet.

The location was great
That the 3rd floor could not be reached by elevator, but we were able to do the stairs. I’m sure if we couldn’t have done the stairs, we could have been put somewhere on the second or first floor. A note on the website could be placed so if stairs are an issue, the request for the second or first floor could be made during booking.

first room I was given had a bad smell and just didn't meet expectations. plus the tv wouldn't hook up to free channels so I switched rooms. second room was fine.
