Breakfast was poor. Terrible coffee. Limited options
Never received an invoice at check out. They said it would come from Booking.com. I thought that was unusual

The only complaint we have is that while we were sitting out side on the patio chairs a tenant started to smoke while sitting on their patio chair..
Friendly but the cigarette smoke was kind of annoying.
Not sure of the outdoor smoking policy but a smoke pit would be advisable.
