Clear instructions on entry. Very clean. Large nicely appointed rooms with very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very quiet despite being on main access road to Niagara on the Lake. Excellent breakfast. Super friendly owners
Need the car to get to Festival Theater.

Charming old house within walking distance of the NOTL downtown/main street. Owners were very nice, gave me a lovely dessert for my birthday. Our room and bathroom were quite decent (you get toiletries as well!), and there were all sorts of extras for our convenience - books in a common area, tea, water, a nice balcony and a tiny fountain that comes on at night. The breakfast was wonderful too (you get to choose from a menu the night before and it is made fresh in the morning). Also: Our hosts had to leave unexpectedly the morning we were checking out but they gave plenty of notice and made alternative arrangements for that breakfast, which was much appreciated.

Allen & Jackie are awesome hosts! We had assistance with our bags on both arrival & departure (all bedrooms are upstairs), the breakfasts were delicious & fun (they smile at you ~ see photo) and Abacot is conveniently located with ample parking.
The room was small, but this is an (immaculately kept!) older home so it wasn't unexpected.
